Located in Marford, North Wales, Hidden Bungalow presented a unique opportunity to transform a nondescript and tired dwelling into a contemporary family home. Our client approached Studio H after receiving uninspiring architectural plans that didn’t meet their expectations. We collaborated closely to reimagine the internal layout, creating a spacious, flexible interior that considers future need.
Our redesign includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, double bedroom, bedroom with study, separate family bathroom, cloakroom, and utility. The centre piece is the double height open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with over-size windows and sliding glass doors connecting the interior with the stepped garden. A tailored, dimmable lighting design provides both functional and atmospheric lighting, designed to maximise the architecture while ensuring the right atmosphere can be achieved whatever the occasion.
Studio H continues to work with the client on the interior design, ensuring chosen furniture, soft furnishings and finishes work in harmony.
